The Coachman's Apartment.
For the entire apartment it is 50 euros per night flat fee.

Sleeping 4 guests comfortably, bathroom including washing machine, shower, toilet and hairdryer.

2 bedrooms one with double bed, and another single bed in that room if necessary.
The second bedroom doubles as a lounge area with another
​2 sofa style beds.  Linen is supplied

Views & amenities The apartment over looks the main quadrangle arena area and gardens.  
Supplied is a full kitchen with oven, fridge and necessities.  
This apartment has a dishwasher.

WIFI Free and Parking is free

We have bikes you can borrow Free, you can see the country lanes via one of our carriage tours for 50euros,  take a walk around the property and enjoy the garden.  There is a small lake beside the farm and forest close by.  The property while being very private is close to the village of Studniska.
There are two small shops for the basics. The main town Zgorzelec is 6ks away, and only 8ks to Gorlitz on the German side.

We run a horse training business from the property and generally are busy with the farm duties. However we can arrange tours for you and help with general suggestions and information if you need us.

Neighbourhood
There are many interesting things to see and do in the area from medieval castles to nice coffees on the Neisse river on both the Polish and German sides. There is also kayaking not to far away. You may like to look at some local arts and crafts or take home some special Polish pottery. We have our private art studio on site you may wish to view also.

Getting around
There is a small auto bus from Studniska to Zgorzelec.  You can catch a train from Zgorzelec to Wroclaw, Gorlitz, Dresden and Berlin of course. We are about 5hrs from Krakow & 6hrs or so from Warsaw, by car. The best way to see the area is by car.

Transfers
from the train Station in Gorlitz or Zgorzelec upon your arrival or departure are complimentary in our private vehicle, seating 4 persons. Otherwise a taxi can be arranged.

Suitable for children (2-12 years) Pets allowed upon request.

House Rules: No smoking, No parties or events, respect for others.

Check-in: Anytime after 12PM to 9PM in the evening
Check-out: 10AM (unless otherwise organised)

Cancellations: 50% refund 3 weeks prior to arrival.  
After that no refund.  

Note: We have a minimum 2 night stay.  Please advise your arrival time so we can greet you with the keys and show you your apartment.
